What is Projul en Español?

Projul en Español is built-in Spanish language support for the Projul app. It translates the entire user interface into Spanish so your Spanish-speaking employees can navigate the platform, view their tasks, track time, and manage their daily work without needing to read English. This is a translation of the app itself, not a translation of your client-facing documents or communications.

Who is this feature for?

This feature is designed for your internal team members who are more comfortable working in Spanish. It is not a client-facing translation. Your estimates, invoices, and client communications remain in whatever language you write them in. Projul en Español simply makes the app easier to use for Spanish-speaking employees on your crew.

How do I turn on Spanish for my team?

There is no complicated setup process. Once this pro feature is enabled, you can select Spanish as their preferred language when you add a new employee to Projul. If you need to change it later for an existing team member, just edit their employee record. The change takes effect immediately and only affects that user’s experience. Everyone else on your team continues to see Projul in English (or whichever language they have been assigned).

What parts of the app are translated?

The full Projul interface is translated, including navigation menus, buttons, task views, scheduling screens, time tracking, notifications, and more. This applies to both the desktop/web version and the mobile app. Keep in mind that content you or your team types in (like task names, notes, and descriptions) will appear in whatever language it was written in. The translation covers the app interface, not user-generated content.

Will this change anything for my English-speaking team members?

Not at all. Language preferences are set per user. If one crew member switches to Spanish, it has zero effect on anyone else’s experience. Your office staff, project managers, and English-speaking field workers will not see any changes.
